Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of CruiseSheet and bookings made through us.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cruisesheet.com and any cruise or travel booking you make through CruiseSheet LLC ("CruiseSheet", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a booking through us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our booking services.

1. Our Role as a Travel Agency

CruiseSheet is an independent travel agency. We search, display, and help you book cruises and related travel products that are owned and operated by third-party suppliers — cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel providers ("Suppliers"). We act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. We do not own, operate, or control any cruise ship, and the travel services you purchase are provided by the Supplier, not by CruiseSheet.

2. Cruise Line Terms Apply

Every cruise booking is subject to the cruise line's own terms and conditions, including its ticket contract or passage contract, which forms a binding agreement directly between you and the cruise line. Those terms govern matters including cancellation and refund policies, itinerary changes, onboard conduct, health and safety requirements, baggage, and limitations of the cruise line's liability. By booking through CruiseSheet you acknowledge and accept the applicable cruise line's terms in full. We encourage you to read them before booking; they are available on each cruise line's website, and we can provide a link on request.

3. Bookings, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices, cabin availability, taxes, fees, and promotions are set by the cruise lines and can change at any time until your booking is confirmed and, in some cases as permitted by the cruise line's terms, after confirmation (for example, fuel supplements or government taxes).
  • A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from the cruise line.
  • Payments are processed under the cruise line's payment schedule. Deposits and final payment deadlines are set by the cruise line; failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit under the cruise line's policy.
  • We do not store credit card information and cannot charge you automatically.
  • Despite our efforts, pricing or content errors may occur on the site. We and the Suppliers reserve the right to correct errors and, where a booking was made at a clearly erroneous price, to cancel it with a full refund of amounts paid to us.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change fees, refund eligibility, and deadlines are dictated entirely by the cruise line's terms, and we have no control over them. If you cancel or change a booking, the cruise line's policy applies, and any refund will be issued according to that policy. Cruise lines may also change itineraries, ports, ships, or sailing dates, or cancel sailings; their terms govern what compensation, if any, is offered in those cases. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellation fees and other travel risks.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every traveler in your party has the required documentation and meets all requirements for travel, including valid passports, visas, vaccination or health documentation, and any age or eligibility requirements imposed by the cruise line or by the countries visited. Requirements vary by itinerary and nationality and can change without notice. We are not responsible for any traveler being denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documentation.

6. Responsibility for Suppliers

Because the travel services you purchase are provided by Suppliers and not by us, CruiseSheet is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any Supplier, or for any loss, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from the services they provide. This includes, without limitation: itinerary or schedule changes, missed ports, mechanical issues, overbooking, cancellation of sailings, quality of accommodations or food, onboard incidents, shore excursions, weather, strikes, government actions, health events, or other events beyond our control. Any claim relating to the cruise itself must be pursued with the cruise line under its terms, which may include notice deadlines, forum requirements, and time limits for bringing claims.

7. Use of the Site

  • You may use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes: searching for cruises, viewing content, and making bookings for yourself and your travel party.
  • You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
  • The site's content, design, and software are owned by CruiseSheet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Cruise line names, logos, and ship images belong to their respective owners.

8. Content and Accuracy

Cruise details, itineraries, port information, pricing history, weather estimates, and editorial content on the site are provided for general information and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Some descriptive content is generated with the assistance of automated tools and may contain errors. Always confirm important details with the cruise line before and after booking.

9. Third-Party Links and Affiliates

The site contains links to third-party websites, including cruise lines, tour operators (such as our tours partner Viator), and booking platforms. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. CruiseSheet may earn a referral or affiliate commission when you follow such links or book through our partners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CruiseSheet and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost savings, arising out of or relating to the site, our services, or any booking, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, our services, or a booking is limited to the amount of commission or fees actually received by CruiseSheet in connection with your booking, or one hundred dollars (US$100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CruiseSheet from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any Supplier's terms or any law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute with CruiseSheet must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Note that disputes concerning the cruise itself are governed by the cruise line's ticket contract, which typically designates its own exclusive forum and time limits for claims.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
