Booked your cruise directly with the cruise line? You can transfer that booking to CruiseSheet at no cost.
Your cruise, cabin and fare stay exactly as booked. What changes is that we become your agents. We work on your behalf to solve any problems you have, and we start watching your cruise for you: if the fare drops or a better cabin opens up for the same price, we work to get it for you.
Why transfer to CruiseSheet
-
Free to transfer
There is no charge to move your booking to us, and nothing about your sailing changes.
-
Price drop protection
We keep checking your fare after you book. When it drops, we try to rebook you at the lower price.
-
Cabin upgrades
If a better cabin becomes available for the price you already paid, we try to move you into it.
-
Only for CruiseSheet customers
Active price drop protection is something we do for bookings held with us, so transferring is how you get it.
Who can transfer
- Booked within the last 30 days. All transfers must be done within the first 30 days after booking.
- Before final payment. We can't transfer a booking once its final payment date has passed. That's usually a few months before the cruise sails.
What we'll need
- Your booking number from the cruise line.
- Full passenger names exactly as they appear on the booking.
- Dates of birth for every passenger.
