Explorer of the Seas 2B Balcony Cabins

The 27 2B balcony cabins are spread over decks 6, 7 and 8; Deck 8 has the most (11). By position along the ship, 10 forward · 17 midship. By side, 14 port · 13 starboard.

Midship cabins (63% of this category) sit closest to the ship's pivot point, where motion is gentlest in a swell; forward cabins feel the most.

On the deck plans, 19 of these 27 cabins have no public space directly above or below. 8 sit above public space — potential noise, so check the deck above and below before you book.

Measured on the deck plans, footprints in this category range from 92% to 133% of the ship's average balcony cabin, so the cabin number matters.

Deck 8 is the highest deck with 2B cabins and Deck 6 the lowest.
