Taxis are available at the pier, but walking is generally not recommended due to the distance and the industrial nature of the port road.

Most shops are open from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and until 2:00 PM on Saturdays, though many are closed on Sundays unless a cruise ship is in port.
