One of Bornholm's most significant historical sites is the ruin of Hammershus, Northern Europe's largest medieval fortification. Located on the northern tip of the island, it is approximately a 30-minute drive from the port and offers breathtaking views over the Baltic Sea.

The island is also famous for its unique round churches (Rundkirker). The largest and oldest of these is Østerlars Church, a remarkable 12th-century structure located about a 20-minute drive from Ronne. Its distinct architecture served both religious and defensive purposes.

For nature lovers, Dueodde Beach on the southern tip of the island is a must-see. Located about a 30-minute drive from the port, it is famous for its vast expanse of ultra-fine, white sand and impressive dunes.

The cruise port in Ronne is conveniently located adjacent to the town center. Passengers can easily walk from their ship to the heart of Ronne in about 15-20 minutes. The walk covers a distance of approximately 1 to 1.5 kilometers and is quite pleasant.
